Biography

Emil Bisgaard advises clients on the legal aspects of cyber security and data security including how to be compliant with NIS2, DORA and GDPR and cyber security in contractual relationships with providers and business associates. Emil also specialises in the procurement of IT systems, IT services and the drafting of IT contracts under the procurement rules. Emil has 10+ years of experience helping clients in complex and critical projects.
