Biography

With 20+ years in public policy and consulting, she specializes in Digital Policy and International Affairs. She has held key roles in the Catalan Government, Barcelona City Council, and consulting, leading Smart City and international projects. A board member of the EU Mission for Climate-Neutral Cities, she lectures globally and has co-authored key publications. She studied Economics at UB and LSE, with executive studies at ESADE and Wharton
