She has held key roles in the Catalan Government, Barcelona City Council, and consulting, leading Smart City and international projects. A board member of the EU Mission for Climate-Neutral Cities, she lectures globally and has co-authored key publications. She studied Economics at UB and LSE, with executive studies at ESADE and Wharton

Supporting standards ensure various systems and components operate in concert. Public policy can devise incentives that accelerate adoption and streamline implementation.
