Biography

Albert Tort Pugibet, PhD in Software Engineering and MSc in Computing from UPC, is the current Secretary of Telecommunications and Digital Transformation of the Government of Catalonia. With a strong academic and technological background, he has led digital innovation roles in both academia and industry, including Sogeti Spain, where he was CTO and head of SogetiLabs before joining the public sector.
