In this session we will hear from key building and infrastructure stakeholders on best practices for upgrading dated infrastructure with smart, connected solutions. Who are the key stakeholders, where do you start, and what is a viable roadmap for engaging in such transformative projects with so much at stake?  We will learn about key efficiency gains, performance contracts, and budget-friendly long-term financial savings that enable these projects to deliver meaningful results.
