Sainsbury, a large UK grocery retailer understood the importance of using analytics to protect refrigerated and frozen food for customers, but they struggled to stitch the relevant data to realize their vision of IoT.  They had building controls in place, and multiple systems for monitoring temperature from food cases. This session explores the Sainsbury's journey migrating from a reactive service model to one that is predictive and prescriptive.  Understand how they manage service events to be scheduled proactively outside of peak trading and how they leverage available equipment data to understand problems and trigger resolution.
