In this session, we'll explore the Monash Smart Energy City program that is deploying an IIoT smart grid management system to integrate the distributed energy resources (DERs) and actively balance their output with the energy demand of the buildings and other campus entities. With a goal to achieve 100% renewable energy generation, discover how they are using the Monash campus as a large-scale trial to demonstrate the value of smart energy infrastructure to energy market participants and the ability to move to 100% renewable energy.
