With over 30 years of R&D leadership experience, Charlie joined Salesforce in 2012 and is VP/CTO for Customer Connection. He has BSEE from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from California Lutheran University. He speaks worldwide about Innovation. Free time is spent with 4 grandkids and STEM volunteering.
