Biography

Victoria Valbuena holds a degree in Business Administration and a master’s in Internationalisation from ESIC. After starting in banking and spending two years in the USA working in retail, imports, and education, she focused on business internationalisation for the past 11 years. At INCIBE, she was Head of Internationalisation (2022–2024) and, since Jan 2025, leads Business Promotion and Development.
