Axomem has been working with a large 2,000-bed hospital since mid-2020 to create a 4D digital twin combining location and time-based patient and disease data, including COVID19 and MDROs (superbugs). This has allowed infectious disease team members to see, understand and predict disease transmission in a much more granular and intuitive manner than ever before. Mr Whiteley will present on how the project established a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, specialists, administrators and IT experts, along with the successes and unique lessons learnt from the journey to date.
