Olivier Hersent

Biography

He is one of the original authors of LoRaWAN, and CEO of Actility. Olivier is a tech entrepreneur with a track record of innovation, leading the introduction of voice over IP (NetCentrex) and demand response (now Flexcity). Olivier authored several books on IoT, energy management and multimedia over IP, he received the Blondel scientific medal (2012), E&Y entrepreneur of the Year in France (2016), and is a knight of the French Legion of Honor.
