Kye Dudd


Councillor Kye Dudd is Bristol’s cabinet member for Climate, Ecology, Energy, and Waste. He was appointed to the cabinet by Mayor Marvin Rees following his election as Labour Councillor for Southmead in February 2022. Dudd has previously held executive responsibility for Transport and Regulatory Services in the city, and represented Central Bristol from 2016 – 2021.

In this session, representatives from Ameresco and Bristol City Council will introduce a new joint venture – the Bristol City Leap program, a blueprint for smart cities to reach net zero. Session attendees will learn the benefits of using public-private sector investments to reach sustainability goals at scale. Discover how the City of Bristol will use a combination of connected sustainable technologies to replace its entire infrastructure and reduce its carbon footprint by 140,000 tonnes to reach its goal of decarbonising the city's energy system by 2030.
