Biography

Joaquín Poley is a Telecommunications Engineer from La Salle Ramon Llull University and holds an Executive MBA. With over 15 years’ experience, he has led innovation projects across academia, consultancy, private companies, and the public sector. He is an expert in technical-economic feasibility, R&D&I certification, tax benefits, funding, and project management at regional, national, and EU levels.
