Biography

Senior Project Engineer at ZENNER specializing in Smart Cities. With a diploma in spatial planning from the University of Kaiserslautern, an M.Sc. in European spatial planning, and a Ph.D. on smart cities, his career includes research, urban planning in Luxembourg, and digitalization expertise at the August-Wilhelm-Scheer-Institute. Since 2020, he leads Smart City initiatives and is actively involved in various advisory boards and innovation hubs
