Ilya Subbotin (M.Eng, EMBA) is a supply chain and manufacturing leader with 17 years of experience across Europe, Africa, and Russia. As Asset Care Lead for Carlsberg Western Europe, he drives strategy, predictive maintenance, and digital transformation across 25 plants in 9 markets. A Lean and TPM expert, he now focuses on using large language models to boost efficiency and support frontline teams.
