Combining traditional Business Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing with other AI and cognitive technologies can create an intelligent digital worker who can sense and comprehend and thus perform more complex tasks leading to more productivity and enhanced employee and customer experience.
