Biography

Andrés has developed his career in the IT industry since 2005 as a Systems Engineer in addition to several certifications such including ITIL4, ISO 20,000, Azure and Scrum, among others. He has been involved in research, impl. and consulting and now as Technical Director at ManageEngine for Europe/Latin America. He has knowledge in domains such as Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Service and Identity Management among others.
