BI-11 – Cyberattacks on Smart Cities –It’s Just a Matter of Time
Smart cities are dynamically developing systems in many countries. One of the core technologies of smart cities is IoT, but it brings new cybersecurity threats due to new technologies and application introduction. An analysis of incidents involving the various components of the Smart City shows that most of them could have been prevented with the right approach to the design of systems and their components and taking into account the requirements of information and cybersecurity. This session will explore these approaches.
