What do managers and board members need to know about cybersecurity? From strategy to crisis management
In this round table, organised by Women4Cyber Spain, we will count on the presence of referents from different industries and profiles to benefit from their experiences on the main questions that Board directors and company executives should ask themselves about cybersecurity in their organisations. Security is fundamental to business and therefore, it should be a topic addressed by executives on the Boards of all organisations regardless of size and sector. In this conversation, we will share some thoughts on the day-to-day business security risks and challenges we face to ensure business continuity. Boards and senior management can and should be key participants in defining cyber security strategy and it is critical that they are able to understand and address these challenges. Preparedness is key to managing any cyber security incident the company may experience, and its implications.
