Autonomous vehicles have the potential to radically change mobility in cities, but evidence shows that without trust public acceptance is unlikely. This session explores innovative consumer engagement and service design with members of the public to build trust and co-design autonomous vehicle services through physical trials and an innovative immersive virtual reality program to engage schools. This solution is designed to improve public trust and support technology deployment to support the delivery of city sustainability goals.

Pedro Mier
