Worldwide spending on IoT will reach $745B this year with an expected 14.2B connected IoT devices in operation.  So, it’s no surprise that most every company in the world has IoT systems in place or is at least thinking about how they might be included as part of an overall enterprise strategy.  Most deployments will incorporate intelligence at the edge to pre-process collected data - expected to amount to more than 79 zettabytes by 2025, according to IDC. Join us as end-users on the frontline of enterprise initiatives voice their opinions on key areas in enterprise IoT deployments. The discussion will focus on what is technically effective and socially acceptable, including data ownership, privacy, regulatory compliance and even algorithmic bias – all important as new regulations take shape and laws put in place that dictate just who controls IoT devices and the data they generate.
