Instead of processing all logged data off-board, a dynamic approach has been used through edge analytics on real vehicles. This has made it possible to deploy AI/ML algorithms to detect anomalies, novelties and degradation for critical components. The solution is flexible and agile - not only allowing radically faster deployment of algorithms, but also opening up to potential new revenue streams and further address fields as sustainability, driver coaching and services.
