One of the main challenges in the cyber security sector is the recruitment and retention of technological talent. The objective of the conference ""Attracting and Retaining Talent in the Cybersecurity Market"", organized by the DCA-Cyberseguretat, is twofold. On the one hand, the main problems in the recruitment, hiring and retention of talent in cyber security companies will be discussed. On the other hand, successful strategies implemented for organizations with different roles within the talent recruitment and retention process, especially younger talent, will be revealed: - Fundación Good Job: As a foundation that encourages training and job search. - ISACA Chapter Barcelona: As a training and certification center in cyber security. - Ackcent Cybersecurity: As a final company. - UPC: As a university. - Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia: As a service to citizens and a strategy for Catalonia. The activity is aimed at all organizations interested in the creation and retention of talent, who will be able to learn first-hand Hacking Village
