How many people are expected to attend IoT Solutions World Congress?
We expect +10,000 visitors from key industries to attend the 2017 edition of the event.

What is the visitor profile?
IoTSWC visitors are industry professionals of whom more than 54% are C-level or have Executive roles, are key decision makers and buyers from vertical industries.

How do I register?
Go to the Register as visitor section, choose your pass and register online.

When will visitor registration open?
Registration for the IOTSWC 2017 is already open.

What passes are available?

Is there any discount available?

I have a discount code, how can I find out what ticket it is valid for?
The place to enter your code is just above the list of available tickets. When you click ‘Apply code’, the pass that it is valid for will automatically be displayed along with the discounted price.

We regret that no refunds can be made for already registered visitors interested in registering again with discount codes.

How do I pay for my pass?
Accepted forms of payment are credit card and wire transfer.

I’m already registered, how can I print my ticket?
You can print your ticket by logging on to the show’s registration page using your username and password; your ticket will be available there.

Can I register more than one person?
Yes, it is possible to register more than one person. You will need to choose the type of ticket and the amount on the first screen, then simply fill in the details of all those to be registered on the following screen.

Can I register more than one person using the same email address?
This isn’t possible as the email address is the user identifier and, therefore, needs to be unique.

Cancellations:
We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations. However, we welcome substitute delegates at any time up until one week prior to the event.

What are the show opening and closing times?

– Opening times for visitors with congress pass:

  • All days: 8:00

*Onsite registration desks are located in the entrance hall.

– Opening times for visitors with exhibition pass:

  • All days: 10:00

– Closing times for all visitors:

  • Day one: Tuesday October 3rd: 19:30
  • Day two: Wednesday October 4th: 18:30
  • Day three: Thursday October 5th: 17:00

How can I access my invoice?
If you requested your invoice during the registration process, log on to the show’s registration page using your username and password; your invoice will be available in the ‘Invoices’ section.

I’m already registered; can I request my invoice now?
If you didn’t request your invoice during the registration process, you can do so at any time by logging on with your username and password and going to the ‘Invoices’ section of the show’s registration page.

I’m already registered; can I change the type of ticket?
You can do so by going to the complementary services page. This page shows the upgrades that you are eligible for, depending on the type of ticket you purchased.

Can I amend my registration details?
You can amend your registration details by logging on to the show’s registration page using your username and password. You can amend your company and contact details, as well as your email address and password, in the ‘User details’ section.

Can I participate as a speaker?
2017 Call for Papers is closed. If you are interested in speaking at the IoTSWC, please contact: iots.congress@firabarcelona.com. Proposals with strong use cases may be considered for the upcoming IoTSWC 2018.

How can I reserve hotel accommodations?

Do I need a VISA?
It depends of your nationality. Please check VISA requirements to travel to Spain at your Embassy or Consulate.
If you need to apply for visa to enter in Spain, the Organization of the show will provide you with an invitation letter that you can show at the Embassy/Consulate of Spain in your country together with your application. For requesting it, you must first register in our website.
You can check whether you need visa or not here.
Remark: the Organization of the show is not responsible for the approval of your visa. The denial of an entry visa is not a reason for receiving the registration costs back. For more information, please contact: infofira@firabarcelona.com.

Is there a bag storage or a cloakroom at the venue?
Yes. It is located at the entrance of the venue.
